"It Brought Me Back to Myself and the Living World" - Three Practices That Did What Identification Never Could
Three ways back to the living world.
One bundle. Save £15.
You've spent years learning about plants. Their names. Their uses. Maybe their healing properties.
And still, something feels unfinished.
You walk past the same trees, the same hedgerows, the same weeds in the pavement cracks, and they remain exactly that — trees, hedgerows, weeds.
Familiar, but not known. Present, but not really met.
This bundle brings together three practices, each approaching that gap from a different angle, so you can find the one that fits where you are now — or work through all three.
What's covered in this bundle
- A 30-day daily email practice for building sustained attention to a single plant
- A six-session audio course for using breath and stillness to come back to your senses outdoors
- A seven-session audio and email course for shifting from identifying plants to relating to them
- Simple, body-based practices that need no special knowledge, equipment, or location
- Ways to work with whatever plant is already in front of you, named or unnamed
- Techniques drawn from Western contemplative tradition, adapted for the living world
- A grounded alternative to identification-first plant education
What makes this different
Most plant education stops at information. Names, properties, uses. There's nothing wrong with that — but it leaves something out.
Knowing what a plant is called isn't the same as knowing the plant. Recognition isn't relationship.
Each of these three courses approaches that gap differently.
- 30 Days of Domei gives you a daily five-minute practice with a single plant, over a month.
- Mindful in Nature uses breath and the senses to bring you back into your body, outdoors.
- The Green Path takes the plants you already know and shows you how to meet them again, differently.
Robin Harford developed all three from over 35 years of daily engagement with plants, including a year spent living nomadically across Britain, following the seasons and the plants that came with them. He noticed that people — including himself, early on — could learn everything about a plant and still feel nothing for it.
These courses address that, from three different directions.
None of them require a belief system, a special place, or any prior experience. They work with the plant outside your window as readily as they work in a wood.
Who this is for
This IS for you if:
- You feel drawn to plants but want something beyond identification

- You want a grounded daily or weekly practice, not a one-off experience

- You already know some plants and want a different way of meeting them
This is NOT for you if:
- You're looking for foraging or plant identification instruction
- You want results without a regular practice
- You expect transformation on demand
What you'll get
- 30 Days of Domei — 30 daily emails, one five-minute practice per day, with permanent access to revisit whenever you wish
- Mindful in Nature — 6 audio sessions, 10-15 minutes each, streamed from any device, with two years' access
- The Green Path — 7 audio and email sessions, 10-15 minutes each, streamed from any device, with two years' access

About Robin Harford

Robin Harford is an ethnobotanical researcher and professional forager with decades of daily engagement with the living world.
He forages for his meals, and for one year lived nomadically across Britain, following the plants as they came into season and building a relationship with them that goes well beyond identification.
He is the founder of Eatweeds and the author of Edible and Medicinal Wild Plants of Britain and Ireland, which has sold over 65,000 copies.
He has taught thousands of people to forage and build relationships with plants, and his courses have been recognised by BBC Countryfile.
He developed Domei because he noticed something missing in plant education, including his own.
People learned what plants were called, and what could be done with them. They rarely learned presence. Domei, and the other practices in this bundle, address that gap.
